There are two ways to connect Facebook to ManyChat:

1. Signing Up with Facebook:

  • Head over to ManyChat’s website: []

  • You’ll see a “Sign Up With Facebook” button. Click on that.
  • Facebook will ask you to confirm that you want to grant ManyChat certain permissions. These permissions allow ManyChat to manage your Facebook Messenger conversations. You can review these permissions later in your Facebook settings if you’d like. (
  • After granting permissions, ManyChat will ask you to verify your email and complete a short questionnaire.
  • Once finished, you’ll be taken to a page where you can choose the channel you want to start with. Select “Facebook Messenger”.

2. Connecting an Existing ManyChat Account:

  • If you already have a ManyChat account, log in to your dashboard.
  • In the dashboard, look for a section on adding channels or integrations. This might be labeled “Settings” or “Channels.”
  • Look for the option to connect Facebook Messenger.
